FREE MUMBALATES SESSIONS FOR SCHOL HOLIDAYS

DATES:         Thursday 1st & 8th July

TIMES:         9.30am both days

VENUE:         Meet south of the Skate Park – near the Trapeze

Mumbalates is a totally unique low impact program developed to restore the pelvic floor in new mums and at the same time help them bond with their new baby.

I invite all new mums to come to any Mumbalates class to have a look, stay around for a cuppa and a chat with the other mums and see for herself the Mumbalates difference.

FREE Skate Boarding Clinics – 2 days

DATES:    5th & 6th July

TIMES:    8am class and 9am class each day

               (1hr Beginner Sessions - max 10 pax per session - book NOW!)

VENUE:    Skate Plaza

CATER FOR: These clinics are mainly focused at the inexperienced Skate Boarders who are wishing to get a bit of confidence to get the ball rolling.

He will provide 10 skateboards and 10 helmets – there is also the option for them to sign up for insurance $20 – or they (guardian) can sign a waiver form on the day.
