MAKE A CATCH WITH THE FLYING TRAPEZE
Circus is coming to the Cairns Esplanade.
A full-size CircusArts flying trapeze rig will be set up between Muddy’s and Skate Plaza from 1st April 2010 until 1st July 2010.
The Flying Trapeze is suitable for all ages (above 7yrs) and all levels of fitness. Participants wear a safety harness and are held in safety lines during the entire swing. Our friendly coaches will assist you onto the platform, from which you will swing through the air, feeling totally alive! While swinging you may choose to hang by your knees, or just enjoy the breathtaking views. You will then be gently guided down to land softly in the net below.
Those who are really game may even do a “backflip” down to the net….!
Making a catch
For all those who succeeded in “hanging by their knees”…….. you will then be ready to MAKE A CATCH.
This is an experience not to be missed.
Make sure you have videos and cameras ready to capture all the action.
*Please note: It is advisable to wear comfortable loose clothing that covers the back of the knees.
