Welcome to the Cairns Esplanade Website. The Esplanade is a fantastic location for many different activities and is suitable for all ages to swim in the beautiful lagoon, laze on the lush grasses, run on the scenic boardwalk or relax and listen to the live entertainment.

Esplanade Lagoon Closure

 

The Cairns Regional Council would like to advise the public that the Lagoon will be closed for scheduled maintenance beginning 10th May 2010.

 

The lagoon Maintenance is looking to be completed by 6th July 2010.
