Active Living Free Fitness

The new winter timetable has some new classes for you to try in addition to favourites. The timetable can be found in the related document section of this page and is valid until October 2014.

The 'Active Living - Free Fitness' program consists of classes 6 days a week. The classes are introductory level, FREE and the locations for these classes are stunning! From Aqua Aerobics to Zumba Fitness there is something for everyone to try.
